So Nathalie has not been doing well these last couple of weeks. Complained of headaches the week before last...threw up two Saturdays ago, complained of more headaches, threw up again this past Sunday...complained of more and threw up again today. I took her to the doctor and she thinks its migraines. They just started out of the blue. It stinks!

They gave me an Rx for something that i guess they sometimes give kids suspected of having migraines but its actually an antihistamine. I really hope it helps...and I hope this is the right diagnosis! Poor thing has been miserable every day...starts out okay int he AM but seems to degenerate over the course of the day

I am so sorry she is going through that. Out of the blue question, someone on here's child has tethered cord. Was it you?

The only reason I asked is because Caitlyn has a tethered cord. (Not a huge big deal if you get it taken care of), Sever headache with vomiting was something they told us to look for.

Kim, I'm so sorry. That sucks! I hope it's not migraines.

My brother and his family are back with us tomorrow until Saturday. I can't wait. I have Friday off so we can all hang out or go out or whatever we want. My niece wants to bake with me too. Fun! And we are sending back our dumpster full of our crap! The house looks a lot better.

    I am 47! Eek! I wonder when I'll stop feeling like I'm 12.

Poor thing. Migraines suck big time. I have been having them constantly due to thunder storms (not fun having weather as a trigger). A natural way to help with the pain is putting an ice cube in the fleshy part between your thumb and first finger (it is an acupressure point). I did acupuncture and that really helped.
