I am thinking about just making tomato sauce instead of spaghetti sauce because there this so much on the internet about having to do everything just so. I already have all my onions and peppers cut up, but I am nervous now to use them.

I'm also 47 and I was thinking the same thing myself the other day. I feel better, physically & emotionally, than I did through most of my 30s.

Kim, besides tethered cord, another thing to worry about is meningitis. It can also cause severe headaches & vomiting. Chiropractic work is often helpful for migraines, if that's what the correct diagnosis is.

Kim, Claire also has gone through severe headaches. She had a CT scan which showed no abnormalities thank goodness, but the neurologist did suggest that we eliminate certain things from her diet, like nitrates, most processed foods, refined sugar and chocolate. It has made a big difference. I hope you get some answers.

Okay, here is a crazy story.

This morning I lost my (work-supplied) iPhone on the train. I ran back to look for it, but couldn't find it. I have a ton of photos on there that I haven't backed up, plus it's my phone with all my stuff on it!

I got to desk, set the "lost my iPhone mode" to lock it and display a message with my personal cell phone number on it, and tracked it. It moved out of the city very quickly...north to the Bronx. I was sure someone was stealing it, selling it, etc.

Then as it moved extremely quickly -- even going right past my house in Westchester again! -- I realized it was going through every town on my train line. It had to still be on the train.

When it arrived in Stamford, CT., it stopped moving. So I pressed the button to make it emit a loud sound.

Two minutes later, Vinnie the train conductor called me to say he heard the sound and found the phone! He left it at the train yard gatehouse because...we have another office in Stamford. Someone on my team drove over to get it, and interofficed it back to me, and I'll have it by 4:30 today.

    ISN'T THAT CRAZY?????

Technology is amazing. My niece lost her phone a few weeks ago at a club that she goes to frequently to sing karaoke and her husband tracked it the next day to someone's house. He went up and knocked on the door and asked the woman if she had the phone and she gave it back to him. He said she seemed kind of shocked so it was clear she wasn't planning on turning it in.

HAH! I love that story too.

I want to send a thank you package to Vinnie the train conductor. His wife owns a shop in Stamford so I could send it through her.

So glad you found your phone.

I ended up making tomato sauce and tomato juice. I finished around 3AM. I have 7 jars of sauce and 6 jars of juice. I do not drink tomato juice, but I read you can add tomato paste later to make it into tomato sauce.

You can also use tomatoes in a chocolate cake!

    I love homemade tomato sauce.
