How did you make the star shapes? I have only seen it done in pans.

Bohemomma Adventures: #78 ~ Suncatchers From Melted ... | Homeschoo...

I used 12 different star cookie cutters. Also in the comments section one person asked how to get the stars out of the cookie cutters. I did not have that problem. They just popped right out. I have all kinds of fun ideas for making Christmas tree decorations now.

Oh that would be fun. I was thinking these would make cool presents.

I think they will. I really want to do more home made gifts with the girls this year. With all of the Pinterest fails I have had, it is exciting to me when I find out that turned out the way it was supposed to.

Love that sun catcher, Bonita! I remember doing that craft when I was kid! I'm hesitant to try anything in my POS oven, I can barely get a take & bake pizza done right and I'd worry about messing up my baking pans. We always did it in old potpie pans that could get tossed if things didn't go right.
David Letterman is retiring. Such great memories of watching him over the past thirty-two years!

I was worried about it messing up my pans, but it did not stick at all. When the round one was done I could not even tell that pan had been used at all. I had to double check if it was dirty. With the stars there was a faint mark of where the beads were, but they wiped right away.

ETA - I meant to say THANK YOU!

Tomorrow is our 10th anniversary. We're ditching the kids for the whole day and overnight. Looking forward to quiet time with DH and just being us and not Mom and Dad. I cannot believe it's been 10 years. I know it's been said over and over again but I feel like it's been forever since my wedding but it also feels like just yesterday. 10 years has passed like a blip but so much has changed!

    Happy Anniversary Jessica!

Bonita, that craft is so cute...love it!

I'm officially wiped out. I was feeling a little 'meh' when I left work today, so instead of running like I planned I just came home and chilled. I actually fell asleep for almost an hour after dinner...haven't done that in a long time! Allergies are getting bad around here, and I'm sure having drinks with friends last night didn't help. Now I just need to get to bed so I can get a good night's sleep.

We did that but did 2 nights. We went to a theme room at the West Edmonton Mall and had a great time. Happy Anniversary!
