Hope your family feels better soon.

The super bowl was terrible, we didn't bother to watch most of the second half. A real disappointment

"Lisa the Great." I love it! Might have to steal that when my nephew & his wife have their baby in May.

I felt so bad for Peyton ...I really wanted him to get another ring. At least the half-time show was awesome.

Yeah, half time was good....and while I don't hate Peyton, that first snap was pretty funny...especially the slow mo replay.

So two weeks after life such down for days after having 1-2" of snow, there is a good chance we are going to have 4-5" of snow. They are not for sure if it will be all snow, freezing rain, or rain. I will say this time people are more prepared. All local schools are already closed for tmw and Wed. On a personal note, I was a good Southerner and went out and bought milk . Now that I have everything set, I do not mind if it goes ahead and snows a good amount. With the notice of what is ahead, no one will be out on the roads unless they absolutely have to be, so there should not be the traffic mess that there was last time.

We got our snow. We got over 5". I know for a Northerner that is not a big deal at all, but for here it is a huge deal.

5 inches in TN definitely is crazy! I've heard reports from the carolinas of the same. 5 or 6 inches. Thats crazy! I call that 'good snowfall' here

Just started snowing here, predictions are for about 8-12!

We are on the very Southern tip on TN so snow is even more unusual. I am thankful though that we only lost power for a short time and did not get a lot of ice. Thousands of people are without power here. I believe there will be plenty of ice tmw as any snow that does not melt today will harden into ice over night.

Terrible! So awful for so many. I'm so grateful we just have heavy snow, it's a pain but it's pretty and we can deal with it. (Another snow day today.)

    But we are lucky.

How is everyone doing today? It seems kind of slow on here. I have been a nervous wreck trying to figure out what is wrong with my youngest (4). She had a very high fever (104), high white blood count (19.5) and stomach pain. She could communicate that her stomach hurt, but not enough for us to know if it was appendix or what exactly is the matter. Now after two days on antibiotics she seems to be over the worst of it so it does not seem to have been the appendix. I am very thankful for that although I still do not know what was wrong with her. Strep was negative and so was UTI.
