Yep, today is the day. I have three strong guys, a grandma (for the kid and cats) and two trucks. And they are all healthy! So this should go ok. Then tomorrow I clean like a mad woman.

I may be without internet for a little bit, but I will try to update you all when I can.

But, Rob can come home on a 1-2 day pass, so he gets to be there for a our first night! Yay! I can't wait.

The thing that has prepared me best for this crazy two months was university! I feel like I am running that crazy end of term marathon to get everything done. It is funny, cause I work with college students and they all look as stressed and tired as me. We understand each other well these days as we are all exhausted.

Rob is doing ok. They haven't confirmed the bone infection yet as his white blood cell count is not up. But that is typical for this kind of thing apparently. So they are having the expert (who would deal with it if it were cancer) take one more look at all the tests and give his final say. So far he and 4 other doctors have all said it is most likely a bone infection. But even if it is he is looking at surgery and 6 months of antibiotics. yuck. But it is way better than the alternative.
Aww, I am sorry you do not have more help! I will be thinking of you this weekend.

Hope the move goes super smoothly! We'll be waiting here with a glass of your favorite beverage, a heated massage chair, and a place to put your feet up while you share your escapades in getting settled!

To those celebrating tomorrow -- Happy Easter! (If you don't celebrate this particular holiday -- I still wish you a wonderful day!

Bonita~you did a fine job decorating your cake. Was that your first time doing a basket weave? I love it but have been too nervous to attempt it myself.

Thank you. Yes, it was my first time making the basket weave. I was nervous to try it as well. I have never been to a cake decorating class. I just watch videos on youtube when I want to learn something. I tried the basket weave once before and it was a mess. This time I used the star tip and it worked much better. I think because I was more used to it. It was also my first time making leaves.
