    I would assume every move he makes is run by his lawyer first. Every public statement he makes would need to be run by his lawyer first.

    He wasn't the one making the statement, the family was. They aren't beholden to his lawyers.

    What is? The press conference? People hate him. Ho him. People hate tons of people. Why do you care who people hate- last I checked people have the right to hate anyone they please. Least they aren't blowing his head off, eh?

    Is it at all possible that their car insurance company advised them against a press conference? If they are not careful with the wording of their statement(s) they could jepoardize their case.
