Nevada could face suit for dumping patients in Calif. - SFGate
If California can prove that these psychiatric patients were "dumped" in California without any kind of support network, such as family or friends, without enough medication to see them through getting in to see a care provider, even without enough food to get to their destination, do you think Nevada should have to pay for the care they received? Should California seek a court order to prevent Nevada from doing this again? Will Obamacare help prevent this in the future, or make things worse?
