NAD "Off" days of running
I know quite a few of you are runners on here, and I have a question. My running partner and I headed out for a 5 mile today (the sun is shining it is a perfect day) and during the warm up I felt horrible. By the end of the run I was totally dogging it and feeling even worse, my shins and quads were killing me.
So my question is this, do any of you guys ever have days were it is supposed to be a run day but for whatever reason you body is just not cooperating? If you do, what do you do about it?
