I am needing a new oven/stove combo.
I have to have a coil top, we are just really rough, use cast iron all the time, and canning also.
So.. what I want to know is convection or standard oven.
What have you guys used? I have never used a convection... is the learning curve steep? Will I have to rewrite all my recipes? Is it worth the hassle?
Also which ones should I stay away from.. right now I am looking at a kenmore. Some of the reviews say the top is thin, and the top gets hot.. well the top of my old stove gets hot too.
