The big joke here was that we called the legalization of mj way before we called the Presidential race. Priorities! We already had rx mj here, which was a total farce (you could be seen by a "doctor" in the back of a tent in just about every major street fair in the summer, and get your license for a $30 "filing fee." All very responsible medical care, I'm sure. LOL) We just removed the farce of pretending it's medical for the majority of people.
As an aside, it must very by state if you need a photo ID to vote. There were very clear signs when I voted yesterday that said by state law you must have a photo ID to vote.
Oh yes, that is a state by state regulation. No ID needed here, i just had to be registered and tell them who I am.Quote:

So excited about the legalized MJ. Not bc I'm a smoker of anything, but bc I'm for regulation, taxation, safety and access without dealing with criminals and gangs. And we approved that a person can own 6 plants. Amazing.
So proud of Maryland, Maine and Washington. Can't wait for a federal approach to same sex marriage....
