Seems like it would already be illegal.. I doubt said person took both photographs

Agreed but I think it is a separate argument about vulgarity and the expectation of seeing those pictures on the page and if it is against the First Amendment for him to photoshop these pictures.

I'm unsure where I stand about the photoshopping issue. On a side note though, did anyone else find this quote both hilarious and disturbing?

Wow that sounds like Pelosi on ObamaCare. You have to pass it to find out whats in it.

I wasn't trying to make it into some sort of partisan....thing. I just thought it was funny.
