I feelbad for Republicans because all the candidates seem like idiots. Cain? Newt? The guy who couldn't remember his own plan? The weird lady who doesn't look straight to camera? The guy who posed with the KKK members? Yikes. Good luck y'all.

Cain isn't running anymore.. He was my top pick before the scandels. Ron Paul is just too libertarian for me. Romney created healthcare for his state, and I don't agree necessarily with that plan. So not sure... Santorum or Perry? Course they often are coming out with crazy ads. I need to watch more debates. I think Newt does have the most experience. I am glad we have some fiscally AND socially conservative Candidates this time finally.

If I had to pick one I'd go with Paul. My husband would pick Newt as the best of the bunch. He'd be my second. Romney, well, I've discussed that. Santorum is scary to me, Cain isn't running, the yahoo from Texas Perry Bachman are a joke.

I think I'd go with Mitt if I had to choose-- he seems the most moderate and his LDS beliefs don't scare me like they do Melis. (this could be bc I know so many LDS folks and have many neighbors and friends who are practicing Mormons....)

The rest of them seem scary to me. Thank God Bachmann dropped out. Santorum is scary scary. Rick Perry is dull IMO. Ron Paul? I don't think he has much of a chance....though I don't mind his libertarian views.

I like Santorum, Mitt and Newt are to moderate for me.

I like Ron Paul's views on personal liberties but his view of international relations is scary.

I am still making up my mind. I am for sure not voting for Romney regardless if he gets the nomination or not. I am leaning toward Santorum.

I don't like Romney very much either but I would pick him over Obama any day if he gets the nomination, as I would ANY candidate that gets the nomination. I am still undecided between Newt and Santorum. Newt has the experience that I think could help our economy, but Santorum scores very high on the personal character and moral qualities.

Agreed. Really, they all make my head hurt and there isn't one that I want to willingly vote for at this point. But out of all of them, Mitt Rom is the better one of the group. So glad that looney-toon Bachmann dropped.

Why is Santorum "Scary"? Is it the social conservative .. aka anti-gay stance he has taken, or something else?
