Should sex offenders be allowed to have a FB or other Social Media site?
Was there supposed to be a different article, or is this just a general question?

I think that it is a good ruling. I don't see how the government would have any constitutional basis from keeping them from using a social networking site.
Sex offenders should have gotten the swift execution of a death penalty, after proper appeal.

Generally parents should know what their kids are doing on the computer. I think we should all recognize we have to be careful when doing or going anywhere. People who have not been convicted are out there, yet just as guilty as the ones with convictions. I do think some sex offenders try to lure people in for victimization using the computer, but somehow I think we are the ones who need to be more careful and we need to watch our kids. I would not probably say anything against it though if some SOs were not allowed to have social media site involvement.
