Oh yeah...I was flat chested until I was FIFTEEN. The boys used to call me "Flat Tires" and said, "maybe one day you'll get a spare".

    I most certainly did. Yeesh.

eta - ladies in my spot who are in Canada, check out the bras at Penningtons. They have all sorts of nice, even cute, bras in larger sizes and they don't cost a ridiculous amount.
I keep seeing that dang Genie Bra ad and think "Hmmm. That's too good to be true." Like, there's no way your boobs can look that good in that bra. You get 6 for like $60. No way.

European bras go alphabetically up to J, skip K for some reason, and then have an L and LL. My DH said he figures women probably prefer to say they're an LL than an mmmmm... And for those who can't count by letter, a cup size LL would be a full 12 inches larger than the band width.
Nah... they revamped this a few years ago. I now get mine from an American Company, and I wear a 42J. Not a small feat to find one in a store though. Usually have to mail order and gamble that it will fit!
And I'm pretty happy btw. Never had back pain, so all good so far... And Tom loves it! lol

Some of the boys I went to hs with thought I was flat chested because I always wore a sports bra. A couple years after hs I see this guy who was a grade ahead of me and he goes "Lis. You've....developed." I was like "no you pig. you just never noticed me before."

So is an American bra size DD equal to a E and a DDD equal to a F? Where does a G fit into that? I just can not imagine bras that big.

    Loving it.

Was a 42D. Had a reduction Feb 2001, went down to a 36C. Got preg almost exactly a yr later, they are 38C's now.

For anyone who's thinking about a reduction seriously look into it. It was the best decision ever. I went to the plastic surgeon and within about 2-3wks my insurance approved it. I had a easier recovery time for that surgery compared to my tubal which was complete hell and alot less involved!

I wear a 38C but I have lost a little over 30lbs so I think they may have gotten smaller so I need to remeasure. I would be more happy if I was a 36B or 38B to be honest. I have never been a fan of ginormous boobies and am happy mine are pretty average.
