Owww! Are you kidding me? (vent)

I have had the worst cramping on the right lower abdomen for the past few days. Well, I went to the dr and the verdict? I pulled one of my round ligaments from coughing so hard with bronchittis. So I'm coughing (the meds are only partially sucessful at stopping the cough) and can't walk. And now I find out my in laws are coming tomorrow for the big Milwaukee Model Railroad event. (They live in OH, this should have been on my radar, but I forgot.)The house needs mopped and vacuumed and DH is manning a table at a local career fair, so he can't help either. Ugh!

Ouchy!! That sounds painful, I didnt even know you could pull one. Eek. Take it easy, the in laws can deal with an unmopped floor (: Get to feeling better soon!

Maybe you could put your in laws to work! I really do think they'd understand if things weren't perfect though- you're in pain!
I hope you feel better soon :bigarmhug:

Ughh. That is so not fun. I pulled a muscle in my back and chest from coughing from bronchitis a couple months ago. BTW if the cough doesn't go away you might end up with an inhaler to finish getting rid of it. I ended up with stupid asthma issues caused from the bronchitis, and if you don't get the cough to stop the muscle can't heal. I put it off too long and it took nearly two months for my muscles to heal and recover.

I say put your IL to work as well. Wink

I've been using my inhaler since the last time this happened(last spring) because of lingering asthma type issues. They orriginally thought it was viral, but when my OB checked today, she found that it had moved into my ears. So I've added Augnentin to the steroid and inhaler as well as Robitussin with codeine for the cough at night. She was worried that I haven't been sleeping, bless her heart. I seriously love my OB as much as I hated my last one.
