^That is what I have decided to do, just roll with the punches lol
My appointment today was okay. Nothing special.
My 24 hour "pee in this here jug" results were 162, my baseline test was 127, she said its not that much of a jump since I usually have a small amount of protein in my urine on a normal basis. Woop
My BP was 120/86 woop again [it was higher later when I checked it again; 160/90 but I just finished chasing Kaylee threw the store lol] My swelling is the only thing they are troubled by, since its constant and my left foot by the end of the day is usually so swollen i literally cant move it. No pre-e diag so far so again WOOP.
My blood sugar however -plays sad violin music- is a different story. It started of great then went to good, then the last week and a half its been horrible. I am starting Glyburide today [its free at my grocery store hee hee] is a small pill and the main side effects are Feeling Full, Heartburn and Nausea...Yeah the Nausea for me started about an hour after taking it. Whats worse is, you have to take this food, SO eat then make yourself wanna barf...What FUN! Grr. :angry1:
I am measuring 36wks, so now just like I said would happen the big baby card was thrown. And of course "had I only taken the GD test none of this would be an issue" uh huh, right. So my SUDDEN blood sugar issue would have what? never happend had I dont things your way? Doubtful lady. So she said she wants my ultrasound to not only check his heart and brain again but now his size, because "We cant have him getting TOO big" They are in for a shocker when I refuse induction or section in the next weeks.
And finally my NST, they took 30 minutes to find his HB which we knew was there because she had just picked up up with the doppler. Then once they got it he wasnt moving like the wanted and kept sneaking away from the HB monitor, so the results were not 100% accurate. They want me to have another 12/28 at my next appointment. So today he failed, because they were impaitent and he was just so over being pushed and poked.
I also broke my toe...like really broke it on the corner of my dresser. My OB just said to stay off it, AFTER telling me to start walking more. Ive broken all my toes at least once [I used to be a student dance teacher from 15-18 ugh to be that fit again...thats my goal after babe is here] so I can handle walking on a broken toe. Its just swollen, doesnt hurt too bad unless I bump it.
