Sudden Swelling ):

My legs, feet, hands and even forarms are suddenly very swollen. I cant move my feet without them feeling like they are going to rip open, I suddenly have no ankles, my toes look like over packed sausages.

I checked my BP it was fine, 124/76.

Im going to finish my day like normal, make dinner, bathe kay, and then when she goes to sleep massage my arms and legs to see if the swelling will go away.

Im hoping this isnt pre-e creeping up. I would be very sad.

Dandelion root tincture. My midwife has me on it and so far, so good. It is great for the liver and has very mild diuretic properties. Also chug water.

Where would I find it? Health food store or can you find it at your local grocery?

I think my bladder is going to explode from the amounts of water I have been pumping myself with lol I am peeing about every 20 minutes should make for an interesting night Blum 3

What's weird is, this came out of no where! I was fine this morning, noticed when I took off my flip flops that I had some serious swelling going on from my toes to my knees. Then my hands and arms started swelling about an hour later. Bleh.

This combined with my never ending BHCs has put a damper on my mood. Im kinda grumpy now. ):

I'd imagine any herbal vitamin store. I use the tincture. What I would do is research/print out and ask the doc. Though your doc will probably nix the idea and panic or something. My midwife is really herbal knowledgeable and has me on it, so I'd say it is safe.

Woke up this morning and my hands & arms were back to normal. My feet to knees however are still swollen, DH is picking me up some new compression socks in a size smaller when he gets off work tonight. And I plan on soaking my poor tootsies in a salt and oil cold water bucket before bed as well.
