Totally Shocked

Hello, this is my 1st post. I am 36 and just found out last week that I am expecting again. I was totally shocked and it still doesn’t seem real to me except being sick and feeling totally crappy most of the day. I have 3 other kids. My son is 18 and graduated from high school a few weeks ago and my daughters are 13 and 9. So as you can see this is going to be quite a change in our family. I think I am due the middle of February but I don’t go to the Dr. until July 12. Look forward to all your advice.

First of all welcome!
Congrats on #4. Sometimes the things we aren't expecting can be the greatest things to happen to us! Hey look at it this way too- I bet your girls will love babysitting!!! I'm sure it'll be hard to feel like you're starting over- but if you did it when you had your first, this should be a walk in the park, right?
I look forward to getting to know you!

Congratulations! My parents were surprised with my youngest sister when my other sisters and I were 19, 17, and 15. She was a total shock, but has been a complete blessing to all of us!

Thanks to all of you. I am very excited and I'm looking forward to these next 9 months. I have not told anyone except my husband going to wait until after my 1st Dr. apt. to make sure all is well. I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Welcome and congrats!!! I hope you stick around with us because there are wonderful and informative ladies on our board Smile We will all help you and each other...more times than you will be able to count over the next, oh, many years to come. Lol!

My oldest will be 20 in August. He graduated and is working and on his own. I am very proud of him. I also have children that are teens and pre-teens, as well as younger too. There are many differences for different age groups so know that you are not going through all of this alone.

I look forward to getting to know you better Smile

Whoo hoo! Congrats and welcome!

How exciting a new baby! I am 11 years older than my youngest sister and 13 years old than my youngest brother and I LOVED IT! I still do! I am sure your kiddos will adore the new baby.
