39 week appointment (xp)

Started my appointment today with an NST, baby was looking good and moved more than normal so they were happy. Dr checked me and baby's head is still high, but I'm 3cm (still) and 75% effaced. He said me cervix is ready for labor and did a membrane sweep (so very uncomfortable!) here's hoping something gets started soon!

He was a bit shocked at the size of my belly and said IF I make it to monday for my next appointment they may consider inducing me. Normally they won't here until 41 weeks but I'm so big they'll consider it. However he really doesn't think I will make it to that appointment :) I'm hoping between the sweep and tonight's full moon I'll go VERY soon!

Yay for progress, Crystal! I'm so excited that there is an end in sight for you. I hope you don't make it to your next appointment...lol. Come on Maggie!! :D Ahhhhhh! SO excited to meet her!

Thanks guys! Been getting more and more uncomfortable since I got home. Here's hoping..... so ready to hold this baby in my arms!!

Nope still pregnant.... sweep just gave me pain, pressure and contractions for the last 2 days. I have a sinking feeling I will be making my appointment on Monday.... This baby does NOT want to come out!

Decided to try castor oil this morning, nothing so far but I'm hoping it will at least make a bm easier, i've been constipated for days... ugh
