OMG well I didn't go into labor but holy contractions batman! I've been having mildly painful contractions all weekend (pretty much from the time we arrived in our hometown) nothing regular and sometimes hours apart but the cramps are way worse than ever and on the way home tonight we hit some bumps that were so big it spurred the most painful contraction yet, DH asked me if I was ok (I was trying to breath through it) and I couldn't speak it hurt so bad! Of course we were halfway home so the worst possible location (basically middle of nowhere) if I were to go into labor  luckily they eased after that though.
We made it home safe and sound and are not going anywhere now until after this baby arrives!
We are out of town, only about an hour and fifteen minutes from the hospital though, and I've been having a ton of contractions compared to what I was having before and they are starting to hurt. Maybe our bodies just know we don't want it to happen so they go into overdrive :) glad you made it home safe and sound !
I'm wondering if travel can spur things.
I had a hot bath last night and while that eased the contractions, as soon as i got out they started again. The cramps were SO FREAKING BAD that I couldn't sleep, I had DH get up in the night and get me some Tylenol which just took a bit of the edge off so that exhaustion could take over. If it were not for DD1 I might have considered heading to the hospital just to get checked out the pain was that bad!
My grandmother will be here friday for the weekend so I'm really hoping Maggie decides to arrive at some point this weekend! Save my grandmother a trip lol Now that she's head down I'm back on the raspberry leaf tea and have started my EPO, so here's hoping!
QUESTION: can EPO cause constipation? I started it a few days and have been constipated since, just a few hard little rabbit like BMs (TMI I know).
