DUE 23rd FEBRUARY. who could the dad be? PLEASE HELP xx

I went for my 12 week scan on the 16th August and was told I was 12 weeks 5 days with a Crown Rump Length measurement of 6.4cm/64.4mm. And in my pregnancy notes it said 12 weeks 5days average Gestational Age. I thought my last period was 21 may yet 12 weeks 5 days counted back landed on the 19th may. The sonographer then gave me a due date of 23rd February..
I met my boyfriend on the 31st May and had sex near enough every day with him for that week and a few days of the following week. The thing I'm really worried about is that the baby could be another guy's. I slept with this other lad 3-4days before the last period I had. Which arrived and I noticed nothing different about it.. But I got told sperm can live up to 5 days.. So if the sperm was still alive after I had sex would it be possible the sperm fertilised the egg while I was on my period? I think my cycles are 28 - 30 days but I'm not 100% sure.. Basically my questions are -
1- How accurate are first scans? As I read that they lose accuracy after 12 weeks and I was 12+5days

2- Would I still have had my period if I was pregnant? And if so how would i differenciate between a period and a early pregnancy bleed?

3- Whats the likelyhood of it being my boyfriends?

4- Surely if it was the other guys and I concieved whilst seeing him they would've dated me at 14+ weeks?

5- If I was roughly 12 weeks 5 days would the fetal/conceptional age be 10 weeks 5 days roughly..

6- How accurate are CRL measurements? Is 6.4cm/64.4mm normal for a 12week5day fetus?

I went to my 16 week appointment last week and the midwife said it was definitely my boyfriends, yet I've spoken to advisors online and they said they couldn't guarentee it, is my midwife just saying that to put my mind at rest? I really hope its my boyfriends as his family know and I'd feel awful yet I don't want to say anything to them because it will cause arguments as were already arguing as it is :(.. Please help I'm worrying so much :( x

P.S I didnt cheat on my boyfriend as we only got together on the 31st May xx

The same kinda thing happened to my sister. Dont worry. The likely hood of you getting pregnant just before your last period, or during, is highly unlikely. Dating ultrasounds can be off. The fact that you have regular periods, and had a period between the 2 men, makes it more than likely the 2nd man's baby.

a agree its probably the second (your boyfriends) scans can very greatly and if it was an older machine, or you hadnt had enough in your bladder...

First of all congrats on your pregnancy and welcome to February!!

Secondly, like the other ladies have said, the baby is almost certainly your BF's. Getting pregnant just before your period is highly unlikely - You're not typically fertile again until midway through your cycle, so assuming a 28 day cycle, you're not fertile for the first 10-14 days. Depending on what website or book you're reading, they'll usually say sperm can last 3-5 days, so even if you did have sex with the first guy a few days before your period, his sperm wouldn't be able to survive long enough to fertilize your egg when you ovulated. So if your last period was on May 21st, chances are you would be ovulating between the end of May and early June, so right around the time you and your BF got together.

Try not to stress, and enjoy your pregnancy :)
