Anyone exercising regularly?
I am getting some energy back, finally, and am hoping that I've are going to lose some of the humidity we have had here, too. So, im looking forward to getting back to walking outside. There's a fantastic park abut 10 minutes from our house, and there's a good walking trail that is mostly shaded.
I am not a super exercise person. I wish it were part of my daily routine but it isn't. It kind of sporadic. Last pg i did some prenatal yoga videos and enjoyed that in the evening. There's a prenatal yoga class at the hospital too that im going to look into, too.
Do you guys have any current habits or future plans? Obstacles? Concerns? Etc......
