Just had my NT scan this morning. It seemed to go really fast than I remembered (or maybe I am remembering the longer anatomy scan). It was probably 15 minutes with scan and blood sample taken. Baby was cooperative for most part though we didn't get a good profile view until near end as baby had one arm up near face and other arm stretched way out in front. So I have couple pics of baby with arm growing out of face and one nice profile. If I have time later I'll try to upload a picture. The tech said we would't find out results of u/s until we also got blood test back, but in my appt following scan, my OB said that he thought scan results looked fine. I gave a urine sample to make sure my UTI is gone and check for protein. I had gained about a pound or two since my 7 week appt.
All in all, feeling pretty good especially now that my nausea has improved and my vomiting is gone. Was able to go on hike on Sunday and have been doing yardwork most days now so I'm glad to feel more like my old self. We will still hold off on telling family, friends & co-workers (only my mom and my BFF know) until we get combined results back. Will be a little difficult since my mom is getting remarried this weekend so will be hard to hide my growing bump (I had to pick a dress that wouldn't make it too obvious) from family. DH's family lives out of state so it has been so much easier to hide from them so far
First picture is the nice profile picture. The second one is kind of funny because looks like arm is growing out of baby's face. Glad that wasn't the only picture we got out of this scan
Sorry for my late reply... these are lovely pictures! Congratulations on the good scan. I'm still waiting for my results too, but hopefully all is fine.
I like your second pic too - looks like the baby is doing a kind of tiger impression with a raised paw!

Thanks! Results are in and everything is looking good as far as combined screen goes. Now to figure out how to tell people. I found out I have another UTI so another round of antibiotics for me...but yay I can stop sucking in my gut now and dodging the "will you have another baby?" question
