Default whatcha got whatch ya want....

so I was just going through and organizing all of the things i have from Lilly, and already registered for this baby.
I was so bad i had o peek I know the sex but no one else does. I love having a secret all to myself.
Anyway While going through the clothing i kept thinking I was missing a tote because I couldn't seem to find any newborn clothing??? well duh prego brain, I had maybe a few onesies because Lilly was 8lbs 4 oz and non of it fit so i had to return it all. she went straight to 0-3 months +

Ok so on to the questions

I was wondering what you all are buying? registered for or hope to get for this baby?

I would love to see any pictures of things you really want!!!
lets share so things and Ideas, I love to shop.
Also feel free to share pics of what you have or your stash.....

Okay so for me i have no disposable diaper stash really since I used all the newborn and size one diapers then stwiched to cloth at 3-4 months with Lilly, so i plan on using my cloth one size for this LO, but I really want newborn cloth diapers, i had one Happy heiny size small that i would like for this Baby but it just seems as if they are only in the Nb or size 1 diapers for such a short time that I am not sure i want to invest the money on nb cloth.

I am in love with the Fisher price Rock n Play, but i already have a bassinet for our room.
I may use it in our down stairs since i have no place for the Pack n Play any where. in fact i am not even sure where we are going to put out Christmas tree this year. I got a fish tank last summer and a second couch.

I can't wait to do some clothing shopping. soo many cute things I love this outfit from target.

Oh and i want a real high chair not the stupid space saver one, i currently have. it just took up a seat at the table that we needed.

Here is what i am registered for

Eddie Bauer? Standard Highchair - Clearbrook : Target

    Fisher-Price Rock 'n Play - Star : Target

Cherokee? Newborn Boys' 3 Piece Top and Bott... : Target

I will have to share some more later. Got some errands to run.

Am I correct in that you know the sex and DIDN'T SHARE IT WITH US?! I might die over here!

We are not hoping to get much for this LO, not in the way of 'large ticket items' I expect DH's sister will buy some cloths because it's a girl. My MIL is purchasing our furniture set, which I am extremely thankful for!

Other then that our registries are purely for the coupons and savings.

We did receive 11 space saver bags of used girl cloths from my cousins in Texas, for the 70 bucks it cost us to ship them all home. Totally worth it, We have enough cloths to last her till she is in 5T!

Wow lots of girl clothing, it it is as much as you say then yeah shipping would be expensive.

    Love this cute little outfit!!

Did you like the space saver one, but just need the room? I was looking at one of those because i have the space, but if they suck, I'll rethink it.

I've been going back and forth over cloth diapering. I just don't know what i want yet. Is it not worth the investment for the younger sizes?

I just need a few little things for new baby like newborn disposables until he fits into the fuzzibunz one size clothes I have from DS. Eventually some pacifiers and bottle nipples for when I go back to work. The other stuff we either still have from DS or purchased already like new breast pump and double stroller. Eventually we will need to buy bed for DS so that little one can move from bassinet to DS's crib. I'm thinking about giving away our guest bed and getting a couch with pull out bed to free up some more space in our third bedroom but will probably wait until after grandparents have visited following baby's birth.

Well I guess I just didn't care for the space saver one, most of the time Lilly was on my lap eating with us, we have an pub height table because of the dogs, and there is usually 4 adults eating at the table and it was kinda a pain to put it on and off the chair. She also didn't really care to sit in the highchair either.

I know that once Lilly fit the One size pocket diapers by 3 months and since i got kawia baby diapers they paid for them selves in 2 months. so i will be saving tons this time around once baby is in them. I just don't think i can justify getting new born pocket diapers, mind you it also depends on the size of the baby. I never liked the prefolds and covers, but that also a cheaper alternitve for new born cloth.
On the other hand i may try and get some off ebay for cheap or do the diaper rental here in town for the new born smaller size. I know a place here will rent them for 6 weeks at about 100$.

In all honesty I have bought NOTHING for this new LO. This is our last, so, I'm not planning on getting much. I already have a crib and bassinet from our other kids- but I got rid of all our other baby items since I thought Gracie was our last I'm SO thankful I didn't get rid of my breast pump, though! We have LOTS of kids between d/h's family and mine, so I'm sure I can borrow all the excersucers and whatnot when we need them. Clothes will be plentiful as well! So all I really "need" at this point is diapers and maybe a couple sleep sacks. I have more baby blankets than any one person should ever own and Gracie was a major puker so I have plenty of burp clothes. I'm sure there are odds and ends I will think of as I grow closer to delivery day, but I'm in no rush.
