And more sleep also makes for a very happy mama!
So Claire's schedule in the last 24 hours looks like this:
9pm-2:30am sleeping in PNP
3am-6:45am sleeping on couch with me
7am-8:30am sleeping on couch with me
9:30-12pm sleeping in carseat while DD1, DS, and 2 nephews swam at the Sportsplex (she sat poolside ). Then I ran a few errands while she stayed asleep.
1:30pm-2:30pm napping on grandma's couch while other kids played in the same room
4:30-7pm sleeping in carseat at mexican restaurant while DH and I a QUIET dinner since other kids are having a sleepover at granny and pops's house.
8:30pm-???? sleeping in PNP
So she was awake for 6-7 hours, it seems like so much less, it's those long nap stretches that make it deceiving to me I guess?? On another "making mama happy moment", each time she has fallen asleep, she has done it on her own.
She is generally a good baby and does sleep pretty decent but it was REALLY nice today because I was out and about playing with my kids (ages 4.5 and 2.5yo) and my nephews (ages 7 and 5 yo) who are all home on spring break. Tomorrow we have another similar schedule so hopefully she gives me this extra time to play with older kids again.
What are some of your "proud mama moments"?
