Yesterday, my normally happy-go-lucky Chase turned into a screaming, whining, diaper blowing out brat! He apparently didn't nap for his grandma (MIL babysits while DH and I work) and was just very fussy in general. He has been drooling a lot more recently, and I think I felt a little bump on his gums. Is 3 months too soon to start teething? He was cuddly and sleepy when I got him home, so I think he needed some Mommy time to soothe him to sleep. He also woke up at 2:30 for the first time in about a month and a half last night, but DH rocked him back to sleep after a diaper change.
Also, I went and got some baby orajel and got some bad feed back from DH's sister in law. BTDT mommys - have you had any issues with it? DH's SIL told me to use the teething tablets, but weren't those yanked from the shelves last year? I know if you give a kid (or adult for that matter) too much orajel it can numb their throat, but if we're using less than the recommended dosage to be on the safe side, is there really much harm? All of my cousin's kids had orajel, hence why I knew they made it in baby form.
