    Default Lettuce

My lettuce has started to poke its head up! One or two carrot seeds have poked their heads up as well. It is so hard to wait for things to really start growing. I did plant one already started tomato plant, and might plant a few more plants because it is hard to wait for things to get started. I have one more raised bed that I am planning to plant.

You make me want to move much further south! I haven't even planted outside at all yet due to frost danger. I do have tomato and pepper plants growing indoors though!

I wish I had started my seeds indoors. They would be a lot farther along now if I had. Maybe next year I will. I did notice my onions are starting to come up.

What kind of onions did you plant?

I am not real sure. They were in a bin and you just scooped out as many as you wanted. They were white in color. I might plant another batch of them. I like the stuff that comes up fast and does not require a lot of patience.

Lucky you! We had snow last night and this morning... Sigh.
Indoors things are growing quickly and our last frost day is far off - at the end of May. Good grief, what will I do with all my tomatoes, eggplants, peppers and kale???

Could you make a little greenhouse for them? I have seen several on Pinterest.

Cute idea...but I really need to pot them up separately and certainly don't have room for so many plants. I wish I could start acclimating them to the outdoors now, but it is really too risky now. Basically I just hate throwing the extra little guys away....
