Kymberly, I don't know if you still read me, but I SO feel your pain woman. BTDT (with the whole DH thing). Hating to bring **** up because you just *know* he is going to flip.. Feeling like he is only there because of the kids, yup.. I've felt it all.


So anyways, I went out to do Karaoke last night (as usual). I was having a ball until I get a txt message from my "best friend" of 20 years accusing me of wanting her bf and breaking them up. Wooooooooooooah girl.. Slow down, hold the phone, etc etc etc.
The story goes like this.. She is my friend, he is my friend. He comes to me, and she comes to me. As an unbiased party, I sometimes ask questions as to what they are meaning or why they feel that way, etc. Whenever he talks to me, he confides a LOT in me, and tells me to keep it on the low low.. So I do. But there are a few things that I will put into my own context and question her about when she brings a concern to me.. (example: she gets irritated because he doesn't spend a whole lot of time with her.. He loves her and her kids, but he wants time (atleast SOME time) when its just them two.. So I will say something like "well, I know that he comes over and you, he and the kids do stuff, but maybe it would do you both good to get a baby sitter and just the two of you go do something") So anyways, he and I were talkin last night (after they had broken up because she is too stubborn.. theres more to that but I wont get into it) and I said to him "whatever happens, don't use guilt trips to make her feel bad" or something to that effect. So she txt's me and starts *****in me out "maybe Ricky was right, you really do want Russ, blah blah blah you did this, you did this, its your fault **** is fukkd up now" ummmmm.. NO? I try to be a friend and listen, and be impartial, and give my feedback and now I want the guy? NO! He is nice and all, but he is my friend.. Besides, some lines you just don't cross. I have never ever gone after a friend's man and at 26 I don't intend to start now. You would figure someone who has known me as long as she has would friggin know that.
So whatever, I'm hurt, I'm offended, I have lost all respect for her as a friend. At this point I don't know if I can forgive her for those accusations.
Maybe if I move to Guatamala the drama wont follow me.

Well, today I have done the wackiest thing I have EVER done while preggo.. I put purple-yes, purple streaks in my hair. To be more specific, the color is Ultra Violet. It's a really electric purple, not really really bold, and it actually looks nice *imo* anyways.

Ricky and I finally talked like civil human beings and I told him that despite the fact that he screwed someone else before we decided it was totally over, I do still care about him and want to be his friend. So thats where we stand now.

ONNNNNNn the other hand, things with C have been moving at a way faster pace than I ever imagined. He is such a sweetheart. It's almost scary the way things have unfolded in that situation.

My cat is snoring (quite loudly might I add).. And as for the monkey juice thing, that is what Brendan calls Tang (because the powder container has a monkey on it).

So anywho, thank you Shannon for your input last night.. Somehow it made me feel much more at ease about the whole C situation. I guess noone will ever really understand the whole thing, but really.. Who needs to?
