I just got back from the gym, I had the best time!!! I was worried that they wouldn't have the theater, I love watching movies as I workout it's a great distraction, well they did! yahoo!
I worked out for 65 minutes(60 plus 5 minute cool down) on the treadmil going between 3.5 and 4.0 miles and hour, maybe doesn't sound high but it was for me LOL It kicked my BUTT - when I got off my legs were all wobbly and I couldn't walk very well
I'm drinking my protien drink, I hope it's okay to have during phase 1, there's only 2 sugars and 3 carbs so I'm guessing it is, sugar free fudgcicles and such are allowed and that's about how much sugar and carbs they have. I think I'm going to ask on the w/l board just in case. I lke drinking them right after a workout because my muscles are open is it's a good time to do it.
Anyhow, I am feeling SO GOOD!!! I plan on going every day excpt for Sunday, and trying to get 60-90 minutes in, even if it's 60 hard minutes and 30 easy minutes. AND I have tracy to thank, she's really encouraged me by how well she's done & I love walking on the treadmil so why not right? The only thing that was holding me back is I always get so self concious at the gym, but I didn't today!
Yay for a good day!! I'm also doing great with phase 1, were doing 2wks again and then going to phase 2 ~ I haven't cheated ONCE! And even though it's a HUGE feat I raelly am going to try soo hard not to cheat once during these 2wks, I know I can do it but I also know how hard it will be at times.
WTG on making it to the gym!!! ITA about watching a movie or something to pass the time. I'd never make it if I had to walk and stare at the wall. I turned my mom's so she could watch too. She thought I was crazy and that watching tv while walking was silly. She has since changed her mind.
I just realised I lost 1.8lbs from last Tuesdays POBLC weigh in, but I'm actually down 3lbs from yesterday I weighed in at 226.4 and now I'm sitting at 223.4 - that's insane, and I didn't do anything drastic I ate but kept it completley SBD phase 1 friendly, and had my 120oz of water. It's crazy how quickly my body drops weight when I cut out the sugar, breads and pasta.
