WTG meeting that goal, that is awesome!

I agree I love the protein bars and pizzas. They are GOOD. I like the SBD peanut butter cookies too for an occasional treat.

Have fun at the gym tonight!

Well I only hit 170 minutes lol The stupid gym closes at 10pm on Saturdays (so much for being 24hrs ) so I had planned on coming home and doing another 35 minutes, but I'm just too tired & I'd not be done until 11pm lol So 170 minutes it is!! I'm not dissapointed in the least though, I had not planned on going to the gym at all this week, so yay!

I started going up & down the stairs, but WOW after 6 times I was so tired LOL I think I may make it a fun little goal of mine though, to work my way up to 100 times.

So I bought a new scale, it tells you your BMI, Hydration and weight & you can have up to 4 profiles so you can save your info, I really like it! AND it was SO kind to me, I weighed in at 212 during the day, I'm normally at 215 so I'm excited for tomorrow's weigh in I can feel that I've lost weight am curious as to how much.

I bought a few sbd meal replacement bars, they are good & quite filling with a huge glass of water. That's what I had for dinner tonight, it got to 8pm before I could eat & I didn't want dinner to spoil my weigh in tomorrow, so it was a win win situation.

I was playing around with tickers tonight, frustrated that I can only make one through tickerfactory.com, I really like how it shows the oz's lost too most don't do that. Anyhow in doing so I noticed that I have 74 more lbs to go to reach my goal, that's down from 105!

Seeing that really made me smile

Woohoo on the new scale Chim. I am so frustrated with mine. I got it in Feb and it never gives the same weight twice and I have to admit, I don't really know how much I weigh, I just guess at the numbers that appear. Today I weigh between 208.2 and 209.6, how is that for accuracy LOL. Hope you have a good weigh in today.

I feel your pain Kathy, mine would have a difference of up to 5lbs!! It made me insane. I am LOVING my new scale, it is increadibly accurate even on carpet it tells me the same weight as on the tiles in my bathroom, how's that for ya! I'm very impressed & can't wait for my weigh in tomorrow!!

I am having a bit of a challenge today, but I CAN make it through the day. We are having someone over for dinner, Geremy's boss so I'm doing spaghetti, I was going to go with a jar sauce at first but it's not sbd friendly & I am really needing to keep my day in check, so I looked up some recipes & found one, yay!! Were having carmel cinnamon rolls for dessert, I have got to muster up all my strength NOT to have one, once he's gone I'll have one of my yummy SF fruit bars

So my mantra for today, I can make it I can make I can make it LOL

It's much better now, I was really having a difficult time with everything that was to be in the house this evening, so I sat down & figured it all out & then went shopping.

The spaghetti sauce is made & it smells & tastes WONDERFUL! I took some of the recipe I found & then added my own flare & the best part is that it's all sbd friendly, ahh! I feel so good about that. I also had dh taste it and he really likes it which is the biggest kicker b/c in the past he didn't like the homemade spaghetti sauces, so I've finally created a recipe that we all like

I did buy some sugar free reeces peanut butter cups & had 4 (their not very big, their the mini ones), that's my sugar allotment for the day. So so far the only thing I've had that's not sbd friendly is a small bite of a burrito. Oh and I bought whole wheat angel hair pasta it sounds good, I'm looking forward to trying it.

Well I have some more chores around the house to do so I'd better get off.
