Thread: I need a drink!

My boss is getting on my last nerve right quick. Do this. Do that. OK, that is fine but when you start having a hissy cause other stuff isn't getting done, don't come griping to me. You are the one who keeps piling my desk with files. Call this mortgage co. for a settlement date, call that mortgage co. and get a premium sent to us. I HATE MORTGAGE CO's for 1. Most of them act like they have no sense and don't listen to a thing you say. They hardly ever follow-up on anything. I am to the point where I am about to tell her where to shove this job. I can always go back to school. The more I think about it, the more I don't want to get my real-estate license. I want to get into pharmacuticals. (sp?) Or something in the nursing field. I might look into it.

40 minutes to chat! YAY, I get excited over the littlest things. I know.

Lexi had the most horrible night sleeping last night. I am EXHAUSTED! I think it may be my fault though. I'll post about it later. I desperatly need to get some work done in my office.

Yup, My baby is sick with an ear infection in the right ear. She got a breating treatment for her weezing, I didn't think it was that bad. I guess I was wrong. So she has 2 rx's that hopefully work soon, we need sleep desperatley. Well, I can survive but the poor thing is miserable. She can't even eat right b/c it hurts her ear to suck on the bottle. I thought it was my fault she was in pain. I left her eat HALF of a small jar of baby food applesauce. I think I will wait till the pedi ok's it before starting solids. Her bowels aren't right today.

Say a prayer for her, I miss my bright-eyed baby.

Friday the 13th! OOOOOOO, scarey! Where is the scared emoticon?

Lexi seems to be doing much better today. She woke up only once last night around 2am and fell back asleep in Micky's arms. We layed her back down and she didn't stir again till 6:20. She is in much better spirits. She has a rough evening but you usually feel worse in the evenings anyway for some reason. I gave her her medicine this morning. Her decongestant is this really thick purple stuff. Why would a doc. prescribe a think med. for a 4 month old? She can hardly keep in it her mouth. But he said as long as she keeps most of it in her mouth she should be ok. Her other med. goes in fine. He also told me no more babyfood/solids right now, it's not agreeing with her tummy.

We are doing family pics on Sunday. I am getting my hair done tomorrow. It needs some new highlights and I need to get my eye brows waxed. I hate to pluck them. I guess that is laziness. Oh Well.

Had a nice weekend with NO DRAMA! YAY!

Friday night did nothing and it felt good. Lexi still wasn't feeling good so we didn't want to take her anywhere. We just are dinner and crashed early. Lexi slept through the whole night.

Saturday: Went to Wal-Mart for diapers and some gift certificates and went to have my eye-brows waxed and waited in Hilday Hair for about an hour. Thank God MIL was watching her. I have never been in their and didn't know it was just walk-ins only. Oh Well, they look much better now.
Micky came home and we went to the mall. He wanted to get his Father's Day gift. I wanted him to pcik it out since I wasn't sure what to get him. He got a nice gold charm of a maltese cross (the firemans symbol) so we got it engraved with his initals and company #. He loves it. We went to Bob Evans for dinner. I HATE BOB EVANS but everyone loved Lexi (as usual) LOL!

Sunday was nice. Lexi let us sleep till 8:30 and then she decided that if she was up everyone was up. I made breakfast. Eggs, pancakes, scrapple and home fries. We all enjoyed it, especially the dog...LOL! Went back to the mall to have pictures done at Sears. They didn't turn out well at all. Lexi didn't want to cooperate. Maybe next time. Had dinner at the Sail Loft, I got broiled Flounder and Crab Dip, it was really good. Once again, Lexi was the life of the party. She is so adorable.

Not much to report. Lexi was incredibly cranky and clingy last night, I think her infection might be in her left ear now. *sigh* Luckily her 4-month appt. is tonight at 6. We went to bed at 9 cuz' I thought I would be in for a late night. Micky worked another 24 hour shift so he wasn't home. She drank her bottle at 7:30 or so and went to sleep till 6 this morning. She looks to be feeling really well. Maybe she just had an off evening. I hope so. I miss my bright-eyed baby!

The last 2 days have been crazy, I will update more when I get a few seconds. Right now, I haven't even got time to blink. This sucks. I hate being so behind. But it is all my bosses fault. God, that woman drives me insane!

Lexi is pretty sick too! I will update on that also!

Tuesday night: Micky & I took her to the doctor for what I thought would end up her 4 month baby well visit. Turns out they want to wait another week or two to she if she is going to get better. She has a form of hooping/whooping cough or however you spell it. They are concerned due to the fact that she is so young. She is being seen by the doc. every week and is having nebulizer treatments. She was taken off her other 2 rx's and put on 2 NEW rx's that will hopefully knock this out of her. She doesn't seem to be feeling that bad, I think it is just the fact that she is starting to teeth. She has been a real beast with us the last few days.

Wednesday: WHAT A FREAKING DAY!
Micky has to be up at 3am every morning now to be to work at 5. Well I have to be upstate at 7:30 in the morning, so I didn't have time to get Lexi to the sitter DOWNstate and be back up in 1/2 hour. So Micky had to take her to my grandmothers at 5. She didn't mind, she actually vollied! I had no idea how to get where I was going so I decided to leave around 4:45am. It was a breeze going up there, only took 1 wrong exit but managed to turn around and get on the right one. I made it there an hour early. I was so shocked. IT WAS COMING HOME THAT WAS HELL! I made it out of there at around 10am. A lot earlier than I thought. I managed to get on the highway that I needed but ended up thinking that it was the wrong one, SOOOOO I got off the highway and took the exit to where I thought I needed to be. I ended up in CECIL COUNTY, MD! Do not ask, cuz' I had no idea. I called Micky so manytimes, I think I burnt up our cell phones...LOL! I kept seeing signs to the bay bridge and knew that I was going in the wrong direction. I ended up going an hour out of my way, finally got back on track after stopping at 2 different places. Got home with a splitting headache around 1 or so and decided to lay down for an hour. An hour turned into 4 when Micky and Lexi came home. It was nice though to be able to sleep for awhile w/out having to worry about a baby. I made lasagna and salad then Micky gets mad with me cuz' I didn't do laundry. So I blew him off and he did it himself. I don't care. He needs clothes washed? Then he can wash them himself. I can't count how many times he does laundry and washed only his clothes. Doesn't seem to think about me or the fact that Lexi goes through a million bibs a day. EEERR!

Then I get pissed at Wal-Mart cuz' one of Lexi's rx's is out of stock until tonight. Her decongestant. I need to go tonight anyway to get her an exersaucer and some formula. She is not happy with her swing anymore either!

Well, I am back to taking my Zoloft again. I started taking them once post partum depression set in. I haven't had to take it in months. I feel like I am going to go insane. Everyone just seems to take small bites out of me everyday and it is to the point now where I jump down everyone's throats and I feel like crying all the time. IT SUCKS ***!

Plus Lexi is teething, I think. She is being a beast. Nothing is satisfing her!
