I'm finally ready to start again. I know what I need to do, its just finding the time and will power to do it.
Long term goals:
lose 40 lbs
make healthy eating the norm
increase water, decrease coffee
I've tried different programs in the past, had success, but never the will power to keep it up long term. Some were healthy, others not so much. The best program for me, and the one I'll be sticking with this time, is a healthy eating plan designed by Ellie Krieger and regular exercise. Her recipes are really yummy and losing weight while eating healthy was so easy. The reason I didn't stick with it before is because its really time consuming to cook healthy. There were days that I was cooking all day long (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks). I've been going though her recipes to find ones that don't take as long and I think I'll be able to do it this time.
