Thumbs up Making Time for Me!

I have just completed week one of TurboJam, and am ready to start my new schedule this week. I am inspired, on track, and scheduling and tracking my workouts and weight loss.

I had some sort of breakthrough on Halloween in regards to my weight, and actually coming to terms with WHAT I weighed. I knew what the number would be ABOUT on the scale, I just was pretending I really wasn't as big as I looked.

Beachbody has really been inspiring to me, and with 2.4 pounds down I have decided that when I reach 10 pounds (maybe 15) I will begin to coach, and inspire others on basically make time for themselves. I finally realized I NEED to make time for me.

And believe me, my life doesn't have much time .

If others wish to comment on this thread please do so, I would love to hear from others too!

So, I have decided to change things up a bit. I have decided to be a beach body coach and transform myself while I help others along the way. I always do better with a challenge, so I have decided that I am going to put both feet in and GO FOR IT. I am loving loving LOVING Turbo Jam, and I am looking forward to my workouts!

If anyone would like to come on this transformation journey with me, please contact me, or head to my site below!

I soooo wish the biggest loser competition hadn't already started! I would love to be there with my April 08 ladies!

I had my 2nd weigh in day today and could not be happier to see another 3.2 pound LOSS on the scale. I finally feel like this is all going in the right direction and I see no sign of stopping. I didn't get my workout in last night, but I had parent teacher conferences and by the time I got home at 7:30 got Landon ready for bed, I was passed the exhaustion stage. I ate well for the day though, so I am not going to be hard on myself about it. Life happens.

So I have officially finished week three on Thursday. I am down 9 pounds and haven't had more energy and a positive influence in my life in awhile.

Actually I worked out about an hour ago and I am going at it again because a friend is up and I think she would really love it. So, I am off to burn more calories. I will be back to update more.

So 9 pounds down finished with week 3 and onto Thanksgiving week! I can do this though! I am drinking shakeology on my lunches and loving it! Feeling full, getting nutrition my body has needed for SO LONG and just having more energy and an upbeat attitude! I for once can see the weight coming off, ALL OFF in the future! I can do this!

I am already starting to figure out my next route for workouts. Don't get me wrong I love Turbo Jam but I am thinking Turbo Fire might be the best birthday present I could ask for! Kick it up a notch! Brazilian butt lift has my curiosity too, but a wonderful friend may let me borrow it in a few weeks to see how I like it! This one is much more reasonably priced too so I could fit in in before Feb, and then still add the Fire route in and get on a new level, and hopefully shed more pounds that are stubborn months down the road!

I cannot wait for the next biggest loser challenge to start! I am ready to go with my april 08 belly busters, and hope we can continue our wonderful journey together!
