I have just completed week one of TurboJam, and am ready to start my new schedule this week. I am inspired, on track, and scheduling and tracking my workouts and weight loss.
I had some sort of breakthrough on Halloween in regards to my weight, and actually coming to terms with WHAT I weighed. I knew what the number would be ABOUT on the scale, I just was pretending I really wasn't as big as I looked.
Beachbody has really been inspiring to me, and with 2.4 pounds down I have decided that when I reach 10 pounds (maybe 15) I will begin to coach, and inspire others on basically make time for themselves. I finally realized I NEED to make time for me.
And believe me, my life doesn't have much time :).
