no nikki is long for nik after having a child with a delay having a child that doesnt is a major relief

How long was your son delayed?

my son is still delayed, hes in an iep pre kindergarden special education program and goes to speech therapy twice a week.

Do you think the speech therapy is helping? What do they do? I am asking cause we just took Matthew to his ped. and she is going to refer us to a Speech therapist. Maybe you can email me if you have time. Mylife4them@msn.com is my email address.

I normally just customize it to the persons needs on the day I see them ~ if their really aching then I usually opt to do something like cranial sacral therapy ~ if their not and wanting a massage I'll do that and every now & again I'll do a full body sugar or salt scrub to help boost their immune system, but I'll only do that on their really strong days.

Massage/Energy work is really good for ppl w/ FMS.

As far as LOTR ~ it was kind of funny ~

I heard my sisters screaming and clapping last night so I went upstairs and they were yelling THEY WON THEY WON .. when I finally got them to settle down they told me that the song had one, I was so glad to hear! Music really touches me, I always have something playing in the house & at night as well ~

The words to that song though really say something I can't wait for my brothers journey to be at it's end, I just hope he survives long enough to enjoy the journey's end ~ he's on such a thin thread of hope and life, it's sad and very unsettling. They'll kill him if they don't stop.
