so many ups and downs. the roller coaster continues.....Brian has been diagnosed with ADHD and Asbergers. he is, unfortunately, once again being homeschooled. both boys were going to Calvary Christian, and we are workign on returning him. he doesn't want to work at anything.....we have adopted the attitude he has a disability, not an inability. it will be more difficult for him, but he isn't allowed to be disruptive or disrespectful. we are workign on meds, the first 3 were ok at first, but all devolved into epic failure. one he became violent on ice, went after a teammate with his gear (we got him stopped well before he got close). we are currently trying a non-stimulant........I am trying to hold on to hope (it's hard). Alex is doing very well. he loves to fight with his brother tho, and they constantly go at it. Mark and I about split, we aren't ever going to be back to good I think, but no one is in imminent threat of moving out. I have been substitute teaching at the boys' school, and I am definatively NOT!!! going to become a teacher. I was looking for work until we had to pull Brian out of school. life, as always, is INSANE. ah yes, Mark has been diagnosed with Parkinsons. never a dull moment. I could use a few strung together.........................
