I have a plan!!!

I'm going to do the red cross CNA/HHA class. It's 4 wks long.

First 3 wks : 8:30am-3:00pm
Last wk (clinical) : 7:30am-3:30pm

Class dates are either:
Sept 15 - Oct 9

or

Oct 14 - Nov 7

It costs a HELL of alot less then the MA program (almost 10K less).

My list of things for the next few wks:

a) reading assessment ($5.00) every Tues/Thurs @ 10am

b) neg TB test or chest X-ray before first day of class

c) $100.00 deposit (can do as soon as pass reading test)

d) application for loan - $800.00 (will get when pass test and do deposit.

e) background check

It really scares me how close i came to losing DH because of the whole heart thing. I just can't imagine what would have happened if he didn't make it to the ER in time.
