No more "I'll start being more healthy tomorrow" It is now for me. I want to get in the best shape of my life and be confident and happy with how I look. I figured starting a journal where I check in will hopefully keep me more accountable than boring my husband with how much I weigh every morning.
Ok so let's set goals. I want to be TONED. I know I dont have a lot of weight to lose, but I do have flab and need everything to be tight and toned.
Goals for this week : Workout 90 minutes everyday.
