When is it okay to introduce non-cooked fruits and veggies and why is it important to delay it? I just can't remember!
Fruit and veggies need to be soft enough, and well washed/peeled.
I've given raw peaches and pears to DD.
Raw carrots and peas can be chocking hazards.
so raw very soft pears and peaches would be okay then? That is what I was thinking of giving DD. Hard fruits I wouldn't at all, but I was wondering about the pears, peaches and considering blueberries as well (very cut up and smooshed of course).
