Halloween Costumes!

What's your Sweet Pea going as for Halloween? They are finally old enough to enjoy Halloween and help pick out their own costumes this year and Daniel picked Spongebob. So, Jacob (big brother... now 7) picked Patrick. Only, there isn't any Patrick costumes out this year. So, we bought a pink shirt through Amazon and got some puffy fabric paint and went to town.

I was thinking of making little Evie Gary the Snail, but it was too difficult to create in my head, so She's going to be a flower princess:

so cool! it would be hilarious if you managed to make her Gary LOL, just get a white shirt and do a pic of gary on it! close enough!

my camera is broken... i know... 3rd in a row that we broke, i think we need to stop buying cheap cameras.... but Ellie has 2 costumes, a bee and a dinosaur, she wore the Bee to a friends party already, and i think the dinosaur is going to be our big one for the night of trick or treating though, she's going to run around "raarrrr"-in at people.
Bubba has a bear costume and a tigger costume. so whichever i feel like putting on him. both were free recycled costumes from friends

Evie's whole costume came from Overstock.com but here is the link to the people who made it. My Princess Tutus They also have headbands for sale by themselves.

Also, there are lots of different kinds on Etsy. Just search baby head bands.

Eli picked a Tigger costume this year. He wears it around the house all the time! He loves it. He recently started really enjoying Winnie the Pooh, so he was pretty excited to see the Tigger costume.

Ever since we brought up the concept of Halloween a couple months ago, Griff has said he wants to be Curious George. So I went out and got him a brown sweatsuit, and we got a Curious George mask. I'm going to cut the words "Curious George" out of yellow felt and glue them onto a red T-shirt that he will wear over his brown sweatsuit. I wish I could sew or something, I'd make him the monkey suit.
