Bloody show **another check update**

Yep, it has started. I am having bloody show. I did that with DS2 after having a membrane sweep on my Friday appointment and he was born early Tuesday morning. So bloody show is a sign of pending labor for me. After my check Friday I had a little pink spotting and as the weekend progressed it turned more red. This morning It actually left a blood spot on my pad, I had a pad in for the yeast cream I was using to get rid of a darned yeast infection. So I'm guessing it will probably be in the next few days that I will be having my little boy. Smile At least I am hoping. My legs keep getting pins and needles in them from how low Lukus is sitting in my pelvis and they keep trying to go numb on me. I always had the feeling I would have him between 38 and 39 weeks and I am 38 weeks today.

** So, one of my midwives was down this way and she offered to stop by and do a check so I had her go ahead and do one, as soon as she walked in the door and looked at me she told me I wouldn't be much longer, she had a hard time finding my cervix because it was so soft it would just melt away but when she finally found it she said I was a 3+ now and she could manually dilate me further, still only 80% effaced though. She said she figures I will probably go into labor tonight. Smile I hope so but we will see because I know that women can be further than I am and sit there for a couple weeks. I guess we will see though.**

The mucus plug can regenerate itself. So you might have lost it before and just lost it again.

Yeah...I've been losing mine in pieces daily for about 2 weeks now. I'm pretty sure that I just keep losing and regenerating over and over.

Still having bloody show and had another round of contractions last night that were 8-10 minutes apart lasting a minute. I am thinking this is a long early stage of labor because the contractions are making progress just very slow progress.
