How is everyone feeling? Symptoms?Worries?

I just wanted to see how everyone is doing! I hope all is well! Are you having any symptoms or any worries?

I don't have any symptoms and I don't even feel like I am preggo which worries me but I will take it! With my last son it was the same way but at 30 weeks I was already 2cm and had some kidney infection problems so I know they will come.

I feel beyond terrible. We are actually beginning to think I might have mono. I had it when I was a teen...but waiting for the blood tests to see if this is a relapse.

I have a low grade fever pretty much every day. With the fever, I get terrible headaches and the morning sickness gets kicked up a huge notch which takes me pretty much out of commission.

I'm trying to remain as positive as possible, but I'm starting to get really emotional about not being able to help out around the house as much as I'd like. I'm just ready to be well again.

I am actually feeling quite well. I still get nauseous here and there and have been getting slight headaches but I feel a LOT better than I did in the beginning.

I almost feel guilty feeling so well while some of you feel so horrible.

I think I've had nausea a handful of days and even then not very vary. Still very tired by mid day and still not much of an appetite though I feel like I eat all day. It's mostly fruits and veggies so I guess that's why. The gluten free diet has made a tremendous difference in how I feel at the end of the day.

No worries really but I do have my NT scan on the 29th so just hoping for great results.

The nausea comes and goes by now--some days are great, some so-so, and some, like two days ago, I'm tossing my cookies and burping all day long again. But it's nothing like before...

I'm also now just trying to get myself to process that this pregnancy is indeed happening and finally relax a bit. It's hard to accept when you've spent 2.5 months preparing for the worst, but I'm sure it'll come more naturally soon.

I'm feeling a bit better now, and have only been nauseas in the evening. My thyroid med adjustment is kicking in and I finally feel like I can do more than get out of bed, so hoping that in the next few weeks I feel more and more energy and no nausea!

I feel like poo. It feels like I have a constant hangover 24/7 (but without having had the fun of a night out). I feel nauseous non stop...on a good day I only get sick once, but on a bad day I get sick a few times.

I also seem to have developed some form of insomnia which makes me wake up in the middle of the night every night and generally only get about 3-4 hours of broken sleep. My body aches everywhere and my brain can not function on any given task.

All of this would be somewhat manageable if I didn't have to get up and go to work and function every friggin day. My office doesn't even have a sick room or a couch where I can lay down and rest on my lunch break...it sucks.

By the time I get home from work, I'm toast. Thank god I have an amazing DH who is a) incredibly helpful with taking care of DD and the house, and b) is off work for the summer (teacher) and has the time to take care of all the stuff that I just can't manage right now. Yesterday he took my car for an oil change, etc. and this morning he took DD to daycare so that I wouldn't be late for work (seeing as how I spent most of the morning gagging over the sink).

I am just REALLY ready for week 12.

So far I haven't actually lost my food, but I'm nauseous all day long and when I move around it gets really bad, almost like I have motion sickness rather than morning sickness. I'm tired most days but I have the occasional days, like yesterday, that I just can't seem to do anything. I have more dizzy spells than usual and my bowels fluctuate between constipation and loose in less then a day. Oh and I'm peeing every half hour. But for the most part I'm doing pretty good. With the fact that I haven't puked yet I'm counting my blessings.

I'm feeling fine now. Right at 10 weeks all my all day sickness stopped and I haven't had a migraine in 2 weeks!!! I have had what feels like the beginning of a bad headache or migraine but nothing ever full blown.

I have been pretty moody and I can't tolerate people that I usually get along fine with. This happened when I was pg with DS too - same people too - LOL.

I'm still tired and hungry all the time but at least I'm not as sick.

Amber - I hope you don't have mono - I had it too as a kid and it was horrible!

Sorry to all those feeling really crappy Sad

I feel okay lately... not as nauseous as I was for a few weeks. I find if I snack through out the day it stays away for the most part.

My boobs still hurt. I'm still breaking out. That's about it...

Pretty much all my nausea has gone - it'll pop back every once in awhile, but not too bad. Otherwise I just have a hard time getting comfortable at night...maybe it wouldn't be so bad if Mr. Berry stopped bedhogging.

I feel hungry most of the time now and my boobs hurt. I get really tired from after lunch-evening, then I get a 2nd wind and stay up WAY too late. This pregnancy is so different from DD's. Then I was sick through week 16. I am so glad I am not sick most of the time and I am terribly sympathic to those who are. BTDT and it sucks!

I feel the same way, like, am I really pregnant?? I think we are extremely lucky to be feeling so good. I guess I'm one of those annoying people that are like, "I feel great! I love being pregnant!" haha I hope we continue to feel great, and to those that are not feeling so great, I hope you start to feel better soon!! Smile

Basically like this. lol. Went & bought a new bra last night b/c the twins are just popping out of my normal ones. Whenever anyone hugs me I flinch b/c they are so tender.

And I just can't get enough of my man.....I hope he enjoys it now b/c he knows it's going to change w/ baby C.

My clothes are starting to not fit: bigger butt, bigger boobs, bigger belly....basically I'm supersizing & I have to admit I am not happy about it. I know that I have no choice, but I seem to add a lot of weight preggo. It's like my weight gain DOES NOT = my diet & exercising in the slightest & I get so frustrated.

I exercise almost everyday & i'm still putting on weight like a growing pit bull. ugh, I just know it's going to be so hard to lose AGAIN! And I am not one of those ladies who gets skinny bfing, nope, my body holds on to every calorie it can find when I'm nursing.

Venting.....sorry.

Well morning sickness seems to be gone. Lingering headaches seem to be popping up. Dont really crave anything but my stomach is always growling. Although this is really embaressing last night I was feeding the dog and I was tempted to eat the dry dog food. I called my doctor today and they said that was somewhat normal and we would discuss further at my next appointment which is July 5th at 7:45am. I swear they schedule these things everday dh has to work and thats the last appointment they have available. Oh well. Um lets see my skin is disgusting, Im not really gaining weight but my stomach is growing a bit. my pants still fit cause they are all low rise. I saw my grandma today and she said I should start wearing looser fitting shirts haha. Boobs are in a size E right now which is awkward cause Im not a big at all so I feel like all boobs. Last night when I was taking a shower I bent over to wash my feet and my nipple brushed against my thigh and I wanted to cry. Still tired. umm I think thats it.. Sorry such a long post. I have started a new habbit of rambling and forgetting everything

Wanting to eat dog food sounds like you may be on the road to pica.

Well... I know many a men who have chowed down on dog food/cat food/treats. My DH has even tried wet cat food (ew!). I don't think it's horribly wrong but yeah I wouldn't do it as long as you're pregnant. One time when DD had just started to crawl I look over to see her shoving handfuls of dry dog food in her mouth. She thought it was delicious, lol.

My nausea has toned it down where I now have good days or bad days. but I have really noticed that I am hungry and craving fruit this time. Las pregnancy I had aversions to almost all food. not this time! lol Feeling ok, just tired a lot and they occasional nausea. hoping it just gets better instead of worse. Smile

I was thinking earlier this week that my all day sickness was gone, but these last two days I have felt totally gross again. Thankfully I have not actually gotten sick more than a handful of times the entire pregnancy, but sometimes the nausea is so bad that I would just rather get sick, kwim? So during those two or three days when I was feeling pretty good and thinking I was past the MS, I of course got worried that something was wrong. So I guess I should be thankful that I am feeling sick again, because hopefully this will get me through the weekend till Monday when I have my first appt and u/s! Can't wait to see that little babe! Smile Still having aversions to a lot of food and water, but it is getting better the point that I can at least force down a bite or two of whatever we're eating. I am soooo tired this pregnancy! I don't remember ever feeling the slightest bit tired with my other two. I can hardly function during the day, but like some of you have mentioned I get a second wind a night and most nights have insomnia and only get 4-5 hours of broken sleep. Looking forward to the second trimester!

Oh yeah--the insomnia is killing me, and you've all described it well--a few hours of broken sleep. I feel bone tired, but I can't sleep... Can't even nap during the day, so I'm not even able to take advantage of the few childless months I have left!

My pregnancy so far has been miserable. I start throwing up as soon as I wake up and don't stop until after I go to bed. I only get 2-4 hours of sleep a night because if I'm not waking up to puke, I am waking up to pee! So ready for this trimester to be over with!

Still waiting on my insurance card so I can go to the doctor. Hopefully I can get some Zofran.

Jaime- not sure what your diet consists of but it sounds like you may need to:

1) Try changing the types of food you're eating. Like if you're eating more carb/starch foods try subbing in more water content foods

2) try cutting all portions in 1/2 or even 1/4 when you make your servings. Eat that 1/4, wait 5-10 minutes and then if you're still hungry eat the other 1/4.

It may not work for you but it has definitely worked for me. I tend to munch easily so I can easily eat more than I need then I feel like I can't breathe and I'm going to explode. By putting lots of veggies (and cutting all gluten) I helped it a lot but I have also seriously cut my portions and wait after eating to be sure I'm actually hungry. Oh, and don't forget to down that water. Sometimes thirst masks itself as hunger.
