? on how to get my picture on the left side of my post? (under me and my hubby's nick names)
cant figure it out
I'm probably the wrong person to answer this but I will try. You need to first size your picture in photoshop or some other photo editing software to make sure it is within the size requirements. Then save the picture to a photo storage site like Photobucket.
Then go to User CP at the top left of the main toolbar. Then edit signature and then add it there with the Picture icon. I know I skipped a lot of info - let me see if I can get you a better set of directions.
Here you go - try the signature help board - there are instructions there.
Tinypics.com actually can re-size the picture to the right size for you automaticly when you upload it and then when it's done you just copy the URL for it and paste it right in your siggy. I tried photobucket and hated it and then tried tinypic and have enjoyed it much better.
Thanks for the tip - even if it wasn't for me When I typed in the site I got this:
This Websense category is filtered: Sex.
LOL - dumb. Oh well, facebook storage it is with huge pictures.
totally didn't realize i put an s on the end of pic.
Here is the URL for the site I use.
Oh gosh - I hope I wasn't trying to pull up something really bad, LOL! Here is my message for that site:
This Websense category is filtered: Personal Network Storage and Backup.
I can't wait until I am on maternity leave and I can see all the pictures I want to see.
That's so odd. I know when I type it in wrong my web browser gives me a warning which tells me I type it in wrong but when it's right it goes straight to it. Crazy firewalls. DH's work blocks some really random sites too, even news sites but it will let youtube through. Go figure. I don't really post pictures yet and tinypic works just like photobucket with posting the pics directly in the post, it just re-seizes a heck of a lot easier. I don't post many pics any more though as I've had too many people hacking all my other accounts lately so I try to be careful with my personal info.
