Low Temperature?

Because my boy has that bad fever, I've been taking my own temperature frequently to make sure. Strange thing is my temperature is rather low.....like pre-ovulation 97.7 degrees low. My basal line after ovulation is typically 98.4. Should I be concerned by a low temperature?

Are you temping orally? There is so much that can affect that, especially if you take it mid day. If you're concerned enough (or if it were me) I'd take my temp vaginally, either now or/and in the morning.

But no, knowing how much can affect your oral temp I would not be concerned, especially with no other 'worry signs'.

Yeah...my intellect knows that, but my irrational, hormonal, pregnant brain doesn't like to see things so clearly. LOL

Can't wait for that darn first ultrasound.

Thanks for the confirmation that worrying about it is crazy.

I agree.

If you drank some water even 30 min before you temp that has an effect so try not to worry!
