Hi Ladies. Every night after dinner I get so bloated, I have to put stretchy pants on and let it all hang out. Is there something I can do to prevent this being so bad? Eat less salt, drink more water, etc? Tonight DH is out of town on business so DD and I had blueberry pancakes with cut up strawberries (I put sugar on them to make them juicy). I drank water. It's a little bit of a problem after lunch but not that bad. Any ideas?
