Mine has changed but mostly because of my excruciating hip pain I'm dealing with. I can hardly walk by the end of the day because of it. Every movement is like having a knife stabbed right into my hip joint. But even when I'm not dealing with hip pain I feel like I'm already starting to waddle. It's not noticeable to anyone else yet but you for sure notice it. lol.

awww I am sorry to hear that Sad I just hope you feel better soon and it doesn't get worse.. I also have been having a little bit of problem with my butt bone. I just hope it goes away but I just know it is only going to get more and more aggravated as times goes on. At least my back so far has not been acting up. I was really afraid of that..

I'm sorry about the hip pain, guys. Is it SPD?

I'm just sloooooow. My husband has long legs, but I can typically keep up, if I'm not pregnant, that is. I have to keep on telling him to slow it down!!!

I'm on vacation in Vancouver right now (hotel internet--gotta love it), and it's going to be a lot of sight seeing. And me yelling at him to notice that I am no longer beside him...

I don't think mine is SPD. My dad rolled the 4-wheeler on us when I was 16 and I popped my hip out and back in when I bailed off the side, I landed directly on my hip. With each pregnancy it gets worse. I don't think it popped back in fully and so every time my hips loosen up with pregnancy it slips out of place and my hips end up miss aligned. I'm seriously considering going to a chiro this time as I can hardly do anything. It hurts to sit, stand, lay down, walk, to really do anything at all.

My DH walks really fast too and I'm always telling him to slow down. lol. Drives him crazy that I can't keep up with him anymore.

I think a chiro will help you a lot.. I went there just before I got married because my back was hurting me so so bad.. he did one adjustment and I think it put it on the right track because one night getting into bed I heard it pop and since then no back pain Smile

I havent started to waddle yet, but I have hip pain too. I actually have an appointment today with the OB, she is licensed to do adjustments so I am going to see if she can lessen the pain some. It is starting to get in the way at work, and its hard for me to actually play with my 3 year old now because it hurts too much.

Here is a link describing SPD. I guess I could have it as well. Wouldn't surprise me if it was the 4-wheeler accident that started it all though.

I do waddle at times but try to correct it if I notice. One thing that annoys me but is kind of funny is seeing my belly bob from side to side.

When I was pg with DS I had horrible hip pain but not this time.

My hip pain is likely caused by scoliosis,I have a mild case in the lower back and one hip is higher than the other, so one leg is shorter. My doctor also thinks I have piriformis syndrome causing that muscle to irritate my siatic nerve, so I've been rolling around the floor trying to stretch the sucker out.

I've just noticed about 3 days ago that my walk is starting to change. I can feel that my hips have spread some and that my weight is a little displaced. I went through a big body change in the last week. Put on 3 lbs last week and look WAY more pregnant!

Aw im sorry so many of you ladies are having hip pain Sad Hope you all feel better soon!

DH tells me I am starting to waddle but I think he is just picking on me. I catch myself walking different sometimes and then try to walk normal lol.

I'm sorry to all those w/ pain out there. I am lucky enough to have not had any yet. Occasionally my back starts killing me, but for the most part I still feel bouncy & athletic.

I think I am starting to walk a little differently sometimes, but like the others I correct it if I notice.

I actually had someone at work tell me I was "waddleing" today.
I have been dealing with hip pain as well but I have been working with a chiropracter for years now and I get adjusted once a week and it makes a very big difference. I notice when I am due to see him I start to get a little discomfort and after I am adjusted its 100% better. I recommend Chiropratic highly.

I have to be super careful what chiropractor I go to as I have a compression fracture in my back. If they do one little thing wrong with that I could end up paralyzed. Sad So if I go to one I have to make sure they are certified and trained with those sorts of issues.

No waddle yet. I'm still running and hoping to continue for a little while yet, but I also get bad sciatic nerve stuff during pg. I went to the chiro after my last baby and he really fixed me up, but I haven't been back in about a year as he ended up retiring unexpectedly with a brain tumor and his son took over his practice. I hope the hip pain doesn't get too bad this time.

Thanks Jenn, now all I see when I walk is my belly moving from side to side. =/
