I made Rosemary and Garlic Foccacia Bread and Butterflied Roast Chicken over Red Potatoes. I'm actually looking forward to this meal!

We got mexican takeout. I am eating lots of refried beans these days. Now my tummy is hugely bloated - I seriously look about 20 weeks pregnant.

I wish I could plan like that. I always think it'd be great but I never get around to it.

Holly - French onion soup is one of my favorite foods right now.

Jenn got me all worked up with her talk about enchiladas, so we are grilling steaks and then topping them with enchilada sauce, with spanish rice and grilled red and yellow peppers and zucchini. Yum!!!

I thought about making French onion soup, too, but didn't feel like going to the store for bread and cheese...but I think that will be on the weekend menu.

Enchilada sauce sounds yummy!!! No cravings for meat here but I love steak with chimichurri.

I think we're going to be having spaghetti with bolognese and I'll probably have a Salad as I'm not a pasta fan. Oh, and garlic bread...! Smile

we are having chili!!!! yum!!!

i made a huge batch last week and froze half of it, so tonight we will have an easy, no-cook dinner. took it out of the freezer this morning, and DH will put it on the stove before i get home.

i make it with ground chicken instead of beef...can't taste the difference, and it's much less fatty/greasy.

Oooo....this post DOES make me hungry! DH is grilling pork chops and I'm in charge of the sides. So far I've planned mashed new potatoes. I wish I had some collard greens. YUMMY! After taking this weeks vacation, I'm going to be totaly brain dead on what to cook next week. Frozen pizza is so easy, making that every night sounds just fine to me. Wink

Jumping on the Ramen bandwagon. With Nathan being sick and my nausea...seemed like the perfect choice.

I actually LOVE Ramen. But it's hard because after having it in Japan it's just not the same. I do have a favorite spicy brand but I have to go to the local Asian store to get it.

Mmmmm....I love collard greens
