O.K. since I'm constantly eating these days, I figured I'd start a thread about food ! Biggrin

We're having BBQ'd burgers and sweet & sour pasta salad.

We were having a healthy night for a change... fancy salad. Romaine, sliced granny smith apple, walnuts, dried cranberries, crumbled gorgonzola cheese with a homemade dijon vinaigrette. With a nice whole grain roll. We're not always so good, but we've been trying to have "big" salads once or twice a week, and this one is our favorite. Biggrin

I made Mandarin Fried Rice in our wok and added peanuts, pineapple, and peppers. And then one of my sons made cream cheese wontons. It was yummy!

I made dinner to take over to a friend's house (she just had her second baby on Friday) and made extra for my family, as well. We had pork chops, mashed sweet potatoes, yellow squash/zucchini/broccoli, and rolls
