Have an awesome time today Holly! Can't wait to see the pictures.

I made out really good at our semi annual consignment event this morning. It's the only one in the area I know of (but we have a lot of great stores and the other cities south of us are larger so they'd be insane). I waited in line for 25 minutes but it gave me time to drink my coffee and check FB. I got DS a TON of clothes in NB - 6-9 months, a couple shirts for DD and a pair of winter boots (a size too big but good for around the yard & maybe next year) for $30. I love that most of it was Carters or brands I know/shop often so I know what their sizing is like. We also got a fisher price chalk board/esle thing for $6.00 that DD loves. Shopping for all that boy stuff made it hit home how close we are to having these babies. Now I just have to figure out a place to put everything.

I added one picture in another thread. I'll come back after church and put the rest up. We had a great time, and everyone was thrilled! My Grandma loves the name choice (Mae). I think that's why she was secretly rooting for a girl. It will mean a lot to her!

We were pleasantly surprised with a few gifts that people brought. We weren't expecting anything, but aside from the carseat, we're all ready for Reagan now! Come on January!!

That's awesome that you're all ready for Reagan Holly! That must be such a relief. I am going to start getting the things ready we have around the house and buying some of the little things we need to pick up (blankets, car seat cover, changing pad) and start organizing things. I've been on a crazy nesting spree the last week or two, but that could have to do with the fact that it's been raining constantly so we haven't been getting out as much.

Congratulations Holly! I haven't checked your party post yet, but so excited for you to have a GIRL!!!

Mia--Sounds like you did well at the consignment sale! Awesome!

AFM, we had a busy weekend. DH took the older kids hunting with him on Saturday morning and came home around 11ish. We did some cleaning and baking and getting ready for the trip we took on Sunday to see family. DH and I went to dinner on Saturday at a Mexican restaurant...I had a sirloin enchilada or burrito or something, but the meat was AMAZING!!! I was so full by the end, but couldn't pass up eating the rest. I paid for it all night long, though. It was delicious! Yesterday we took a trip to see family--2 1/2 hours away. We got up and out the driveway by 7:35...I was impressed! We had so much fun! I have been debating on what color to paint the dressers, but I think I've finally decided...I hope. I have one side left to sand, then I'm ready to paint...and I need to get it done soon!

Thanks ladies! I'm so excited the secret is out now!

Mia, I wish the nesting fairy would come visit me! My house needs it!

Lisa, what color are you thinking?

We were discussing the bedroom situation for when the baby is a bit older and I found the coolest bunkbed set on pinterest. It's a 3 level bunkbed. I'm hoping I can convince my Dad to build it for us. It would be the perfect fit in their room!

Holly--Hayden is in the same boat as Cameron! They will be good husbands some day.

I am actually thinking of copying my SIL...She painted the walls a cream color, then did some big stripes (prob 10 in) in the next shade darker. Then she did a pearl glaze over the stripe. It's very neutral and very pretty! I'm thinking I will paint the girls' room this way and paint the dresser a turquoise blue. I have a paint chip I want to use. It's not a dark turquoise--prob more of a robin's egg blue, but I will distress and stain over the top, so it will be darker than it looks. I am excited to see how it turns out.

Lisa, you'll have to post pics when you're done. It sounds very pretty! Was it hard to sand down the dresser? We need to get a dresser for the girls' room, but I'm okay with painting it. Just not sure how much work needs to go into it. I've never really gotten my energy back, so it'd have to be pretty low key
