With this my 3rd baby, (severe) back pain during pregnancy is something I'm very accustomed to. I've learned so much through each pregnancy that it's very manageable this time around (thank God!). I am trying to get my youtube channel up and running and have been wanting to do a pregnancy series since I got pregnant, but with two other kids, it just hasn't happened. However, I started yesterday and did a video yesterday and today and thought I would share it here. The one today on back pain starts out a bit slow, but I'm hoping my experiences may be able to help someone. I am going to add to it with exercises and stretches and things that can help, but I don't want each video to be too long.
